1:1 Sessions

Private 1:1 sessions to slow down, soothe your nervous system, and ease physical tension.

In each session, we may:

  • Practice simple postures to restore balance and release tension

  • Explore breathwork to settle and ground the mind

  • Try gentle meditative or somatic exercises for clarity and calm

After your session, you’ll receive a personalised practice write-up. This may include journal prompts, audio meditations, posture tips and breathwork demonstrations. You’ll have lifetime access, so you can revisit it whenever you need.

  • 1:1 sessions are open to everyone, and are especially helpful if you are:

    • Seeking an alternative to group classes or building the confidence to join one.

    • Navigating a life transition and looking for a safe, supportive space.

    • Exploring how yoga can support your physical and/or mental health.

    • Feeling anxious, tense, or disconnected from your body and looking for tools to rebalance.

    • Recovering from burnout or overwhelm and ready to nurture your nervous system.

    • Wanting to deepen the relationship with your body in a kind, non-judgemental way.

    • Experiencing back, shoulder, or neck pain and looking for tailored guidance toward pain-free living.

  • Your body is the guide - you’re invited to listen to its wisdom and signals.

    Rest is an important part of the practice - breaks and pauses are always welcome.

    Intuition comes first - honouring what feels right for you is the priority.

    Your joy matters - there is space for curiosity, exploration and enjoyment.

    This practice is about how it feels, rather than how it looks.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes with the option to extend to 90 minutes.
